Welcome to our, Kiwanis Club of Medicine Hat, website.
It was December 1924 that the Kiwanis Club of Medicine Hat received its charter. Over the past 85 years the membership has maintained its focus on making “Young Children” our first priority.
The past year has seen a 20 percent increase in membership thanks to the energetic efforts of our members. We benefit from a wide range of men and women, from many backgrounds and professions, who not only enthusiastically support our programs, but have fun doing so.
Major projects we support at this time include sponsorship of the Army Cadet Corp, South Alberta Regional Science Fair, Best Block/Best Residence Awards, numerous scholarships, and playground improvements plus many others.
Our club meets at the Medicine Hat Lodge each Tuesday at noon for a luncheon meeting lasting just over one hour. We will be extremely pleased if you choose to join with us at this time to see what we are all about. A warm welcome awaits you and no advance notice of your coming is needed. We will be sure to meet you at the door and make you feel welcome.
